C1 is hiring Food Service Team Members (posted as Supervisor - Food) for one of our clients in Green Bay, WI. This is a grill cook and prep cook role supporting a busy cafe operation, with 10 openings available on an ongoing, contract-to-hire basis.
Pay is $23.95 per hour, with overtime at $33.53 per hour. Shifts start at 7am, with 40 hours per week available. The assignment runs from September 29, 2026 through July 30, 2027, with the opportunity to be hired on permanently.
What you will do:- Grill and prep food for catering orders, pre-orders, and grab-and-go cafe items- Keep prep areas, equipment, and serving stations clean and organized- Follow all food safety and sanitation standards- Work efficiently during peak service periods
What you need:- Prior grill or prep cook experience preferred- Ability to pass a drug screen and background check, required for site access- Comfort standing, walking, and lifting throughout the shift- Your own safety shoes, which are required to be on site at all times
