C1 Staffing is hiring an experienced bartender for a short-term, single-day event assignment in Englewood, Colorado. Pay is $27.18 per hour, paid weekly, for an evening shift running 5:30 PM to 10:00 PM.
This is a non-tipped bartending role built for someone who can move fast, pour accurately, and keep guests happy in a busy event setting. You will be working shoulder to shoulder with wait staff and other event team members, so strong communication and a cooperative attitude matter just as much as your drink knowledge.
What you will do:- Mix, pour, and serve drinks quickly, accurately, and without waste- Deliver exceptional customer service to every guest who comes to your bar- Serve patrons directly at the bar and fill orders placed through wait staff- Coordinate closely with wait staff and other team members so guests receive prompt service- Keep your bar area clean, stocked, and organized throughout the shift- Apply consistent pour control and follow standard drink recipes- Maintain a professional presence in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
Schedule and pay:- $27.18 per hour- Overtime paid at $38.05 per hour- Scheduling is based on a 40-hour workweek- Evening shift, 5:30 PM to 10:00 PM- One-day event assignment- Paid weekly
What you will need:- Must be 18 or older- Prior bartending experience in a fast-paced, high-volume setting- Solid knowledge of standard drink recipes and pour control- Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude- Ability to stand, move, and lift for the full length of the shift- Dress code is all black on black
