C1 is hiring an Environmental Service Attendant in Eden, NC 27288. This is an ongoing, contract-to-hire opportunity with one of our client partners, running from August 31, 2026 through October 3, 2026, with strong potential to convert to a permanent position for the right candidate.
We are looking for someone who takes pride in a clean, well-maintained facility and has hands-on floor care experience.
What you will do:- Perform floor care duties including sweeping, mopping, buffing, stripping, waxing, and carpet care- Operate and maintain floor care equipment safely and correctly- Keep assigned areas clean, sanitary, and presentable throughout your shift- Follow all facility safety and infection-control procedures- Report maintenance issues and restock supplies as needed
What we are looking for:- Prior floor care experience is required for this role- Reliable attendance and the ability to work independently- Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and lifting for the length of a shift- Attention to detail and a team-first attitude
