C1 Staffing is hiring Warehouse Associates for loader and crew work in South San Francisco, CA (94080), paying $21.50 per hour. This is a full-time, first shift assignment with weekly pay.
What you will do:- Load and unload product, boxes, and materials by hand as part of a warehouse crew- Move items between staging areas, loading zones, and storage locations throughout the shift- Stage and organize outbound loads so they are ready for pickup and transport- Sort, stack, and palletize product so it is secure and easy to count- Carry and lift boxes and materials weighing up to 50 pounds, with most handling in the 25 pound range- Keep aisles, dock areas, and work zones clean, clear, and free of hazards- Follow written and verbal instructions from crew leads in English, including counts, labels, and load sequencing- Communicate with the crew about load status, damaged items, and anything that slows the work down
Schedule and pay:- Pay rate: $21.50 per hour- Full time, first shift- Paid weekly
What you will need:- Must be 18 or older- Able to walk and stand for the length of the shift- Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds; routine handling is light lifting with a 25 pound maximum on most items- Proficient English for understanding instructions, labels, and safety directions- Willingness to work as part of a crew and keep pace with the loading schedule- Must pass a 9-panel drug screen- Must pass a background check (basic and county)- Must be able to complete E-Verify work authorization
