C1 Staffing is hiring Bartenders for a short-term, shift-based assignment in Spokane, WA, serving guests at a busy event bar. Pay is $23.14 per hour, paid weekly, with a defined evening shift so you know exactly what you are signing up for.
This is a non-tipped bartending role, which means your hourly rate is your rate. You will be working alongside an experienced service team, mixing and serving drinks at a steady pace while keeping guests happy from the first pour to last call.
What you will do:- Provide exceptional customer service to every guest who comes to the bar- Mix and serve drinks quickly, accurately, and without waste- Serve patrons directly or through wait staff as the flow of service requires- Partner closely with wait staff and other team members so guests receive prompt service- Keep your bar area clean, stocked, and organized throughout the shift- Work from standard drink recipes and maintain consistency across every order- Maintain a professional, team-first presence in a fast-paced service environment
Schedule and pay:- $23.14 per hour- Overtime paid at $32.40 per hour for applicable hours in a 40-hour week- Shift runs from 5:00pm to 10:00pm- Short-term contract assignment, gig and shift-based work that may be ongoing- Paid weekly
What you will need:- Must be 18 or older- Prior bartending experience- Solid working knowledge of standard drink recipes- Ability to stand, move, and lift during the full length of the shift- Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude in a fast-paced setting- Comfort coordinating with wait staff and other service personnel during peak periods- Required uniform: black pants (no leggings, jeans, or sweatpants), a black shirt (polo or button-up), and non-slip shoes
