C1 Staffing is hiring a Warehouse Associate in Odenton, Maryland (zip code 21113) to support loading, order selection, and inventory movement at a busy distribution operation. The pay rate is $21.25 per hour, paid weekly.
This is shift-based warehouse work that may continue on an ongoing basis for associates who show up consistently and work safely. If you like staying active, working as part of a team, and seeing the results of your effort by the end of each shift, this assignment is a strong fit.
What you will do:
- Load and unload products and materials to keep shipments and deliveries moving on schedule- Select orders accurately and provide hands-on support throughout the warehouse floor- Move and stage inventory so that product is organized, accessible, and ready for the next step in the process- Assist with general warehouse operations as needed to support overall efficiency- Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards during the shift- Follow all site safety procedures, including correct lifting technique and required PPE- Communicate with supervisors and teammates about product counts, staging locations, and any issues that come up
Schedule and pay:
- Pay rate is $21.25 per hour- Paid weekly by C1 Staffing- Gig and shift-based work, with the potential to be ongoing
What you will need:
- Must be 18 years of age or older- Able to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift- Able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds- Able to push inventory as part of normal warehouse duties- Steel-toe boots are required PPE and must be worn on site- Dependable attendance and the ability to follow directions in a fast-paced warehouse environment- Must be able to complete E-Verify employment eligibility verification
Previous warehouse, distribution, or order selection experience is helpful, but motivated workers who are ready to learn and keep pace with the team are encouraged to apply.
