Warehouse Associate - Hanover, MD 21076
C1 Staffing is hiring a Warehouse Associate in Hanover, MD (21076) to load and unload trucks, prepare furniture and products for delivery, and keep the warehouse organized and accurate. The role pays $18.00 per hour, paid weekly.
What you will do:- Load and unload trucks with care to prevent damage and ensure items are placed properly- Pick, stage, and prepare products for delivery or transfer- Clean, repair, wrap, and assemble furniture so it is rental-ready or properly stored- Assemble and disassemble furniture and handle general moving labor as assigned- Tag, store, and relocate inventory, and conduct cycle counts to keep records accurate- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and free of hazards- Follow all safety guidelines, take part in safety meetings, and complete daily warm-ups
Schedule and pay:- Pay is $18.00 per hour, paid weekly by C1 Staffing- This is on-call work with hours ranging from 10 to 40 or more per week, depending on business needs- Weekend shifts may be required based on business needs- This is an ongoing position with the opportunity to build steady hours over time
What you will need:- Must be 18 years of age or older- Comfort with hands-on warehouse work, including moving furniture, assembling and disassembling furniture, loading trucks, and general moving labor- Attention to detail when handling items so products arrive undamaged and inventory counts stay accurate- Willingness to follow safety procedures, attend safety meetings, and complete daily warm-ups- Flexibility and dependability for on-call scheduling, including possible weekend work- Must pass a basic national criminal background check- Must pass a 4-panel drug screen (no THC panel)- Must be able to complete E-Verify and provide documentation showing authorization to work in the United States
