C1 Staffing is hiring a Warehouse Associate (Loader / Crew) for on-call warehouse and moving work in Pittsburgh, PA 15212. The pay is 18.00 dollars per hour, paid weekly, with flexible scheduling that can range from 10 to 40 or more hours per week.
This is hands-on, physical work for people who like staying busy. You will handle furniture and freight, load and unload trucks, and help keep the warehouse organized and inventory accurate. Both full-time and gig-style shift opportunities are available, so you can pick up the volume of work that fits your availability.
What you will do:- Load and unload trucks with care to prevent damage and make sure items are placed properly- Move furniture and perform general moving labor throughout the warehouse and on job assignments- Assemble and disassemble furniture as needed for rentals, transfers, or storage- Pick, stage, and prepare products for delivery or transfer- Clean, repair, and wrap furniture so it is rental-ready or properly stored- Tag, store, and relocate inventory, and conduct cycle counts to keep records accurate- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and free of hazards- Follow all safety guidelines, take part in safety meetings, and complete daily warm-ups before work begins
Schedule and pay:- Pay is 18.00 dollars per hour, paid weekly- On-call, shift-based work with hours ranging from 10 to 40 or more per week- Full-time and gig work opportunities are available- Weekend shifts may be required based on business needs- Assignments may be ongoing for workers who show up consistently and do good work
What you will need:- Must be 18 years of age or older- Ability to stand and walk for the length of the shift- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds- Comfort working in a fast-paced, physically demanding warehouse environment- Willingness to follow safety procedures, attend safety meetings, and complete daily warm-ups- Careful, detail-oriented approach to handling furniture and inventory so items are not damaged- Must be able to complete E-Verify employment eligibility verification
