C1 is hiring Food Service Workers in Kansas City, MO. We have four openings on this contract assignment, which runs from September 3 through September 25, 2026, with the potential to move into an ongoing or contract-to-hire opportunity for the right people.
Pay is $16.57 per hour, with overtime paid at $23.20 per hour. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00am to 3:30pm, for 40 hours per week.
What you will do:- Work anywhere on the property where food is prepared, as assigned- Assist with the setup and serving of food from counters and steamtables- Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, serving areas, and work stations- Follow all food safety and sanitation standards throughout your shift
What we are looking for:- Comfort standing, walking, lifting, and moving throughout an eight-hour shift- Reliable attendance and on-time arrival for an early morning start- A team-first attitude and the ability to work at a steady pace during peak meal service- Prior food service, cafeteria, or kitchen experience is helpful but not required
