C1 is hiring Food Service Workers in Lenoir, NC for one of our clients. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity with two openings, running from September 14, 2026 through November 14, 2026, with the potential to continue on an ongoing basis.
Pay and schedule:- $16.23 per hour, with overtime paid at $22.72 per hour- 40 hours per week- Shifts start at 7:00 am
What you will do:- Work anywhere on the property where food is prepared- Assist with setup and serving of food from counters and steamtables- Clean and sanitize equipment, utensils, and work stations- Follow all food safety and sanitation standards throughout your shift
What we are looking for:- Reliable attendance and an early morning start- Comfort standing for extended periods, moving throughout the kitchen and serving areas, and lifting as needed- A team-first attitude and attention to cleanliness and detail- Prior food service or kitchen experience is helpful but not required
