C1 is hiring a Barista I in Moraga, CA for one of our client partners. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity starting September 1, 2026, with an initial assignment window through September 11, 2026 and the potential to continue on an ongoing basis.
Pay and schedule:- $21.55 per hour, with overtime paid at $30.17 per hour- Monday through Friday style day shift, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM- Approximately 40 hours per week
What you will do:- Craft quality coffee, tea, and specialty beverages to customer specifications- Take orders and deliver friendly, attentive customer service- Operate cash registers and credit card machines accurately- Address customer questions or complaints professionally and maintain good relations- Keep beverage delivery fast, consistent, and clean
What you need:- Comfort working an early morning start time- Ability to stand for the duration of the shift in a fast-paced service setting- Strong communication and a customer-first attitude- Uniform required: black pants, black oxford shirt or black polo, and black slip-resistant shoes
