C1 Staffing is hiring a Dishroom Lead for a short-term contract assignment in Englewood, CO 80112, supporting a busy commercial kitchen. Pay is $20.90 per hour with overtime paid at $29.26 per hour, and you are paid weekly.

What you will do:- Provide a clean and safe kitchen area for staff throughout the shift- Wash and sanitize tableware, glassware, and flatware using commercial dish machines- Clean pots, pans, and cooking equipment and return them to their proper storage locations- Keep the dishroom itself clean and organized, including work surfaces, sinks, and floors- Maintain dish machines and related equipment in clean, correct working order during service- Lead by example in the dishroom and help keep the area running smoothly during peak periods- Work at a steady pace so clean wares are always available to the kitchen and dining areas
Schedule and pay:- $20.90 per hour- Overtime paid at $29.26 per hour- Shifts scheduled from 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.- Approximately 24 hours for the week- Short-term contract assignment- Paid weekly
What you will need:- Must be 18 or older- Prior dishroom or commercial kitchen experience preferred- Ability to stand for the full shift- Ability to handle repetitive lifting, reaching, and bending- Comfort working in a warm, wet environment around hot water, steam, and cleaning chemicals- Attention to cleanliness, sanitation, and organization- Reliable attendance for every scheduled day of the assignment- A chef coat is required for this role
