C1 Staffing is hiring Warehouse Associates for shift-based work at a distribution center in Hayward, California (zip code 94544). The pay rate is $25.10 per hour, paid weekly, and assignments may continue on an ongoing basis for associates who show up ready to work.
This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced distribution environment. You will help keep product moving from the dock to the floor and out the door, supporting order selection, inventory staging, and day-to-day warehouse operations. If you are detail-oriented, safety-minded, and comfortable staying on your feet, this is a solid fit.
What you will do:- Load and unload products and materials efficiently and safely.- Select orders accurately and provide overall warehouse support where needed.- Move and stage inventory so items are positioned correctly for the next step in the process.- Keep inventory accurately tracked as product moves through the facility.- Support general warehouse operations throughout the shift.- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free workspace in your assigned area.- Follow all site safety rules and wear required protective equipment at all times.
Schedule and pay:- Pay rate: $25.10 per hour.- Paid weekly by C1 Staffing.- Gig and shift-based work that may be ongoing depending on performance and site needs.
What you will need:- Must be 18 years of age or older.- Able to stand and walk for extended periods during the shift.- Able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds on a regular basis.- Able to push product and equipment as required throughout the day.- Steel-toe boots are required PPE and must be worn on site.- Detail-oriented approach and the ability to work at a steady pace in a busy warehouse.- Must be able to complete E-Verify employment eligibility verification.
