C1 is seeking a dedicated and skilled Cook - Senior to join our culinary team. This position primarily focuses on catering, and the ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing, portioning, cooking, and presenting a variety of hot and cold food items across different meal periods, including Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, and Special/Catered Events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately and efficiently prepare food items following established recipes and standards.- Portion and cook a variety of hot and cold dishes to ensure quality and presentation.- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment to comply with health and safety regulations.- Collaborate with team members to coordinate meal preparation and service during peak times.- Assist in menu planning and development for catered events, ensuring diverse and appealing options for guests.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a culinary role, preferably in a catering environment.- Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.- A passion for cooking and a commitment to delivering high-quality meals.
