C1 Staffing is hiring Food Service Workers in Russellville, AR to help set up, serve, and maintain food service areas on a busy property. The role pays $13.97 per hour with overtime paid at $19.56 per hour, and it carries the potential to become ongoing or contract-to-hire for the right people.
What you will do:- Work anywhere on the property where food is prepared, moving between kitchen and service areas as needed- Assist with the setup of counters and steamtables before service begins- Serve food to guests from counters and steamtables during meal periods- Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, work stations, and service areas throughout the shift- Keep the food service area organized, stocked, and ready for the next shift- Follow food handling and sanitation practices in a fast-paced kitchen environment- Support the kitchen team wherever coverage is needed across the property
Schedule and pay:- $13.97 per hour, paid weekly- Overtime paid at $19.56 per hour- 40 hours per week- Shifts run 2:00 pm to 8:30 pm- Coverage is needed seven days a week, Monday through Friday plus weekends, so weekend availability is required- Contract assignment with the potential to become ongoing or contract-to-hire
What you will need:- Must be 18 or older- Dependable attendance and the flexibility to work weekends- Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the full shift in a fast-paced kitchen environment- Comfort working around hot equipment such as steamtables and performing repeated cleaning and sanitizing tasks- Willingness to follow direction and shift between prep, serving, and cleanup duties as the day requires- Uniform requirement: black pants and black shoes- Must be able to complete E-Verify employment eligibility verification
