C1 Staffing is hiring Warehouse Associates for a busy distribution and logistics operation in Naperville, IL (60540), with pay at $20.50 per hour. This is a full-time, ongoing role on the 10 AM shift, and you will be paid weekly.
This position supports inventory management, shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment in a fast-paced warehouse. Forklift operation is part of the job, but you should expect to spend a significant portion of your time on hands-on manual warehouse work such as picking, packing, sorting, and inventory activities.
What you will do:- Receive and inspect incoming products, then store them in the correct locations- Pick and pack products to support daily shipping and fulfillment operations- Operate a forklift safely to move materials throughout the facility- Use pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment to stage and transport freight- Sort products and handle materials by hand during picking, packing, and replenishment tasks- Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate records of stock and movement- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe throughout the shift
Schedule and pay:- Pay rate: $20.50 per hour- Full-time, ongoing career position- Shift starts at 10 AM- Paid weekly
What you will need:- Must be 18 or older- Previous warehouse experience- Ability to safely operate a forklift- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and to move and handle materials throughout the shift- Comfort switching between equipment operation and hands-on manual warehouse work in a fast-paced environment- Your own car to get to work- Authorization to work in the United States; this employer participates in E-Verify
Dress code and required gear:- Steel-toe boots or steel-toe shoes- Plain shirt or T-shirt and dark jeans- No open-toed shoes, heels, or sandals- No loose or flowing clothing and no hanging jewelry- Long hair must be tied back
