Janitors and Cleaners - Event Cleaning Crew
C1 Staffing is hiring janitors and cleaners for a live concert event in Del Valle, TX, keeping the venue grounds, restrooms, and public areas clean for guests. The pay is 16.00 dollars per hour, and we are filling 10 spots on this crew.
What you will do:- Pick up trash throughout the venue, including seating areas, walkways, concourses, and grounds- Collect and sort recycling and keep recycling stations stocked and accessible- Empty garbage cans and replace liners, then move full bags to the designated collection points- Sweep floors, walkways, and other hard surfaces to keep paths clear and safe for guests- Clean restrooms, including wiping surfaces, restocking supplies, and removing waste- Monitor high-traffic areas during the event and respond quickly to spills, overflowing cans, and litter- Work as part of a cleaning crew and follow direction from the on-site lead on assigned zones and priorities- Return carts, bins, brooms, and other supplies to their proper place at the end of the shift
Schedule and pay:- 16.00 dollars per hour- Paid weekly by C1 Staffing- Shift-based event work that may be ongoing, with more shifts available for workers who perform well- 10 workers needed for this crew
What you will need:- Must be 18 or older- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for the length of the shift- Ability to lift and carry trash bags and move full bins to collection points- Comfortable working outdoors and in crowded areas around event guests- Willingness to clean restrooms and handle trash and recycling as assigned- Reliable attendance and on-time arrival for your assigned shift- Ability to follow instructions from a crew lead and stay on task in a busy environment- A professional, courteous attitude around guests and coworkers
No prior janitorial experience is required. If you have cleaned buildings, stadiums, offices, or event venues before, that experience is welcome, but we will show you what to do on site. This is a straightforward role for anyone who is dependable, keeps moving, and takes pride in leaving a space better than they found it.
