Warehouse Associate (Loader / Crew) - Indianapolis, IN 46225
C1 Staffing is hiring a Warehouse Associate to load, unload, and prepare furniture for delivery and events at a warehouse location in Indianapolis, IN 46225. The role pays $17.00 per hour, paid weekly, and is an ongoing, career-track position for someone who takes pride in careful, detail-driven work.
What you will do:- Safely load and unload furniture from trucks, handling every piece with care to prevent damage- Place and secure items correctly on the truck so products arrive in event-ready condition- Pick and stage products, preparing orders for delivery or transfer between locations- Clean, repair, and wrap furniture so each item meets quality standards before it leaves the warehouse- Assemble furniture and verify it is complete, functional, and ready for use at events- Keep the warehouse workspace clean, organized, and safe throughout the shift- Interact with customers in a professional, service-focused manner when the assignment calls for it- Inspect items for damage or missing parts and flag issues before products are staged or loaded
Schedule and pay:- Pay rate: $17.00 per hour- Shift type: On Call, Full Time- Paid weekly
What you will need:- Must be 18 years or older- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during the shift- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and carry up to 50 lbs- Strong attention to detail, including careful handling of furniture to avoid damage- A professional, customer-focused attitude when working around clients and event sites- Willingness to follow direction on picking, staging, wrapping, and assembly standards- Must pass a Basic National Criminal Background Check- Must pass a 4-Panel Drug Screening (No THC)- Must be able to complete E-Verify employment eligibility verification
