How workers opt in to C1 Staffing text messages

Workers create an account on the HRX One sign-up form at https://hrxone.com/signup. The form is inside our web application, so this page reproduces it for carrier and A2P 10DLC reviewers. The screenshot below is the live form as of September 9, 2026.

What the form shows at the moment the phone number is collected

The SMS consent box is separate from the account creation and Terms of Use, unchecked by default, and optional. Its label and disclosure read, verbatim:

By checking this box, I agree to receive employment-related text messages from C1 Staffing / HRX One at the number above, including application updates, interview scheduling, onboarding reminders, shift offers and confirmations, payroll alerts, and account security messages. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out, or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of employment or of creating an account. Tapping "Text me a code" sends one verification code to this number (message and data rates may apply).

The one-time verification code confirms the worker controls the number. Ongoing employment texts (shift offers and confirmations, reminders, onboarding, recruiter replies) are sent only when the box was checked; the choice is stored on the worker's account (smsOptIn) with a timestamp, IP address and user agent, and the worker can change it at any time from their account dashboard or by replying STOP / START.

Opt-in confirmation

When the box is checked and the account is created, the worker receives: "C1 Staffing: You're opted in to employment texts (shift offers, reminders, check-ins). Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out."
