C1 is hiring Environmental Service Attendants in Morristown, TN. This is a contract role with one of our clients, with the potential to move to contract-to-hire for the right person. We have multiple openings — up to 100 positions available.
Pay is $14.25 per hour, with overtime paid at $19.95 per hour. The shift runs 7:00am to 3:30pm, averaging around 32 hours per week. The assignment window runs from September 11, 2026 through September 14, 2027.
Important note on hours: this is not a full-time, every-week position. Attendants are used to backfill shifts when regular staff are on vacation or out sick, and to support special projects. There will be weeks when hours are limited or not needed.
What you will do:- Clean and maintain facilities in an orderly condition- Work in any assigned location on client premises, which may include commercial buildings, health care settings, schools, universities or similar establishments- Cover open shifts and support special cleaning projects as assigned
What we are looking for:- Reliable, flexible availability for varying weekly schedules- Ability to stand, walk, bend and perform cleaning tasks throughout the shift- Dependable attendance and attention to detail
